Muse video for Knights of Cydonia and tour dates

Muse released Black Holes and Revelations in 2006 and with age, the songs off of the album just keep getting better and better. Each track shines - especially my favorite, “Knights of Cydonia”.
I’ve mentioned before on Trendy Bands, how much I love the track and that I was lucky enough to have seen Muse play a few songs live at the Top of the Pops studio back in June, which included hearing “Knights of Cydonia” for the first time. Watching Muse play at the Top of the Pops was a great experience and the video for “Knights of Cydonia” just adds another level of brilliance to the song.
Directed by the award winning music video and film director Joseph Kahn, the video includes spaghetti western scenes and also post-apocalyptic themes. Considering Muse members Matthew Bellamy, Dominic Howard and Christopher Wolstenholme are interested in space, aliens and other various historical and sci-fi topics, the video seems appropriate.

Muse has been nominated for four NME Awards with Matt Bellamy up for Sexiest Male and three Brit Awards for 2007.

I love Muse….unfortunately they are travelling with one of the poorest excuses of a punk band. *sigh* My Chemical Romance sucks……SOOOOO Much! I can’t wait till they headline again another tour with great bands. They were at ACL 06′ and were not on the venue list for some odd reason, yet rocked one of the biggest music festivals.
