The Kaiser Chiefs have done it again, this time with their latest single, “Ruby”. The track is off of the Kaiser Chief’s upcoming album Yours Truly and the single is scheduled for release in the UK as a download on February 12th with the limited edition 7″ and CD single out on February 19th.

The Kaiser Chiefs have had success in the last couple of years with hit singles like “I Predict a Riot”, “Oh My God” and “Everyday I Love You Less and Less”. I’ve been wondering if they would be able to top what they’ve already achieved in such a short amount of time and with their new “Ruby” song I think they’re on their way to their second wave of utopia.

I was watching the video for “Ruby” this morning and not only is it a great song, it’s one of the coolest new videos out there at the moment. The concept is brilliant with a small city being constructed around the band as they play. Anyone else out there think that singer Ricky Wilson is beginning to look like Simon Le Bon? That’s not a put down, by the way!
