The latest single by the Guillemots, “Annie, Let’s Not Wait” is coming out on January 15th and there’s a video to go along with it. This will be the fourth release from their debut album, Through The Windowpane. Other releases have included “Trains to Brazil”, “We’re Here”, and “Made-Up Lovesong #43″.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that it’s very difficult to separate friendship and music. Having known a couple of the Guillemots for awhile now, I can’t seem to listen to their music without thinking of them as people first - as odd as that may seem.

They’re all brilliant musicians - and have been creating music that is so different from what’s out there now - it’s too hard to compare it to anything else. The best thing to do when comparisons aren’t enough is to listen to their music if you haven’t heard them already!
