Brace yourselves - Katie Price and Peter Andre will be releasing their “A Whole New World” single on December 11th in the UK. Who would have thought glamour model Jordan who now calls herself Katie Price would be releasing a single? Let alone Peter Andre who had hit songs in the 90’s like “Only One” and “Mysterious Girl” - songs that some people would rather forget. But ever since their stint in 2004 on I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!, where they met and then went on to get married - they’re careers have seemed to take off in a direction that no one would have expected.

This is certainly not a Trendy Bands type entry but let me just say that I didn’t go looking for this. I innocently turned on the TV this morning and the first video that came on was their “A Whole New World” video. Shock and disbelief as I stared at the screen - not knowing what to do. Do I turn it off or keep watching? I couldn’t move. I decided to see it all the way through.

I don’t know. I think the video is a bit cheesy, but then what do you expect from a girl who has a fairy tale wedding, wears a giant pink wedding dress and has boobs the size of…well you know what I’m saying. I felt a little embarrassed watching the video and I still can’t believe that’s Katie Price singing- it’s better than I would have thought. But either way, as cringe worthy as this may be, there’s something likable about these guys. They’re funny during interviews and seem to have an interesting chemistry. Whether or not the single is everyone’s cup of tea, they are doing a good deed by giving all proceeds from the album “A Whole New World” to charity.
