Irish band Snow Patrol has a cool video out on YouTube for their song ‘Chasing Cars’ off of their album Eyes Open. If you’re a fan of Grey’s Anatomy then you might have heard the song on the show as well as in the highlights at the end of Big Brother 7 (UK).
